1. Who we are
FileFleet (filefleet.io) is operated by Circular Motion Capital Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as FileFleet (“we”, “us”). By using FileFleet you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. The free tools
FileFleet’s free tools work inside your web browser. You don’t need an account, and we don’t set daily limits or add watermarks. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
3. Your files
- Files you add to a free tool are processed on your own device and are not sent to us. We never receive, store or see them.
- You keep all rights to your files and to the files the tools create from them.
- You are responsible for having the right to use, change and convert the files you add, including removing a password from a PDF.
- Keep your originals. Check each result before you rely on it, because conversion and compression can change how a file looks.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FileFleet to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy or other rights;
- remove passwords or other protection from documents you aren’t authorised to open or change;
- create or spread malware, spam or fraudulent documents;
- overload, attack or disrupt the site, or access it with automated tools in a way that harms it; or
- copy the site and offer it as your own service.
5. Our content and open-source software
The FileFleet name, logo, design and text belong to us. The tools are built on open-source software, which remains available under its own licences.
6. Ads and links to other sites
FileFleet is paid for by the full-page background, which may show advertising, clearly marked “Ad”. Ads and other links can take you to sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for those sites or for advertisers’ products.
7. Paid features
We plan to offer optional paid tools that run on our servers. If we do, you’ll see their prices and any extra terms, including how credits and refunds work, before you pay. These terms will be updated at that time.
8. No warranty
FileFleet is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose, or that any result will meet a particular size, quality or format requirement.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, files, profits or business, arising from your use of FileFleet. Our total liability for any claim relating to FileFleet is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
10. Indemnity
If you use FileFleet in breach of these terms or the law, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using FileFleet after a change, the updated terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
